Prime-Scape Services offers all the services necessary to maintain your trees in a healthy growing condition. Each job we do, no matter how large or small, reflects the latest in the comprehensive science and technology of tree care. Our ISA Certified Arborists can assist you with a tree hazard assessment, health and structure evaluation and appraisals, new tree selection and location, tree inventories, solutions to disease and pest problems, and even mangrove trimming. Trees can provide many values to your property if they are well maintained, and we work hard ensuring that it is done right.
We feel that mature trees should ideally be inspected at least once a year for a preventative assessment. Although an inspection can be conducted at any time, the best time to have your trees inspected and have preventative maintenance performed is January through April before the onset of Florida summer storms. Regular tree inspections can catch changes in a trees’ health before a disease, insect or environmental problem can become too serious to address. Our Prime-Scape Services ISA Certified Arborists are able to advise you on treatment options depending on the age, tree variety and season.
Prime-Scape Services offers comprehensive consulting services. Our Consulting Arborist can assist you with a hazard assessment, health and structure evaluation, subordinate and root pruning, and tree and stump removal appraisals.
We specialize in large tree removal and have the experience and equipment necessary to safely remove your trees. Our Prime-Scape Services ISA Certified Arborists would be able to determine if your dead tree has to be removed, if it is dying, diseased, hazardous, damaging structures, in a poor location, crowding a more desirable tree, or is of a nuisance type species. We take pride in safely removing dead and decaying trees of any size or condition.
When it comes to pruning trees, our Certified Arborists have been specially trained to work according to A300 pruning standards. This includes removing diseased and broken branches to allow air to move freely through the tree and reduce the risk of wind damage. Also addressed are crowded and rubbing limbs, allowing for better sanitation during dormant seasons and reducing insects and diseases due to bark damage. Many times, trees also may be pruned to increase light and air penetration to the inside of the tree’s crown or to the landscape below. Proper pruning, with an understanding of tree biology, is critical for a tree to maintain a good, healthy growing condition while enhancing the aesthetic and economic values of your landscapes. Overpruning large trees can be dangerous and have a significant impact on the health and stress of the tree. We strongly feel that no branch should ever be removed without good reason because each cut has the potential to change the growth of the tree. Prime-Scape Services’ ISA Certified Arborists can determine the type of pruning necessary to improve the health, appearance, and safety of your trees.
We have been in the stump removal business since 1992 and offer a free estimate and prompt courteous service. We serve the Tampa Bay area : Pinellas, Hillsborough, Pasco, Manatee, Sarasota and Lee counties, and we are licensed and insured. Our equipment can pass through gates as narrow as 36″.
Why get rid of stumps? A stump left in a yard can harbor undesirable insects and disease that can damage your house or nearby trees. They can be unsightly, unsafe and hard to mow around. In addition, a stump is a trip hazard that can lead to injury or even lawsuit.
After removal, we can leave the stump shavings to fill the hole or we can haul mulch away.
